The Skeleton Key
Caroline, a nurse, takes a job caring for Ben, a paralyzed and mute old man, in a remote Louisiana home. Soon, he discovers that Violet, Ben's wife, keeps dark records about Hoodoo practices in the attic. Caroline believes Ben is the victim of a curse, but Hoodoo only works if you believe in it—and Caroline doesn't.
