Dutch East Indies, 19th century. Captain Hanson prepares to lead an expedition to rescue a sunken treasure containing a rare pearl. However, government agents forced him to take prisoners on board his ship. Disaster looms as the ship approaches Krakatoa, a volcano ready to erupt—where the son of Laura, Hanson's girlfriend, goes to school. With time running out, can Hanson save everything before Krakatoa explodes?
