San Francisco is in an uproar by the Scorpio Killer, a psychopath who kills randomly and blackmails the city. Only one person was tough enough to stop him: Inspector "Dirty" Harry Callahan. With a .44 Magnum revolver and an uncompromising attitude, Harry hunts Scorpio in a bloody game of cat and mouse. But when the law isn't enough, Harry is ready to go further.
