In order to take revenge for the death of his wife, General Chen Zheng of Zhenhai hunts down a mysterious mermaid. However, his investigation actually revealed a dark conspiracy in North Korea. With the help of the mermaid, he finishes off the rapists and uncovers an evil plot that threatens the world. Who would have thought that this feared sea creature would actually be the key to justice?
